Why HRT on it's own is not the answer

Whilst I am a big fan of body-identical HRT (if someone can take it) very often it can be viewed as a fix-all at a particular time in our life.
It can be very beneficial for what I call my depressed, crazy brain (mind and mood), sleeping through the night, hot flushes and more. Not to mention the long-term health benefits like bone health and cardio vascular disease.
But although we may feel better, we can still feel stuck and knackered and not be able to lose the weight that has crept up on us, with the middle expanding, when life has been so busy and, let’s face it stressful over the past few years.
There are some other things going on and over 40, we need to make sure we are looking at the bigger picture if we want things to change.
Have a watch.
Key points
🍪 HRT doesn’t address and repair a sluggish metabolism impacted by stress, lack of sleep, yo-yo dieting, snacking, skipping meals, processed foods, toxic load.
🥑 HRT doesn’t replace the nutrients and minerals that are needed to get your energy back and support weight loss.
😒 HRT doesn’t address a sluggish liver. If you can no longer tolerate alcohol, getting more headaches or migraines, your PMS may be sooooooo much worse, feel nauseous in the morning. The liver needs some TLC, and not only will this be a cause of tiredness, but you may also struggle to lose weight.
🛀 And finally, HRT doesn’t help the diet, supplement and lifestyle changes that is needed to get our cortisol and insulin in check because these, on their own when out of whack, will keep you stuck in fat storage mode.
You don’t need another diet; you must fix the root cause problem. And I am going to explain how to do this in my next FREE LIVE Masterclass:
Remove Weight Loss Blockers, Restore Energy and Lose the Weight For Good.
