When it comes to supporting energy and weight loss over 40 for perimenopausal and menopausal women, there are a lot of over-simplistic strategies that are still banded around.
I wanted to just take some time to talk these through and why they may not be working for you (even if they did in the past)
Have a listen and let me know if you can resonate with any of these:
Intermittent Fasting and starting the day with a black coffee for breakfast
Just exercise more - an oldie but a goodie.
Just stop don’t eat sugar - yeh right, with these cravings
Eating only plant-based meals is healthy and will help you lose weight.
Or have you been told by the doctor that your fatigue and weight gains is just a part menopause and getting older. This has happened to many of my clients, and it just makes you want to give up and comfort eat cheese chocolate and drink wine.
If you have been stuck with one or maybe all of these, I get it.
If what I have said in this video resonates with you, I invite you to book your free Burnout and Weight Loss Breakthrough Consultation. This consultation is all about listening and understanding where you are at. We can talk about what hasn’t worked for you and what you can start doing instead
Here's the link again. Find a time that works for you, and I am excited to show you a different approach.
