Nutrient deficiencies causing weight gain (& making it so hard to burn fat)

So, I’m not saying that eating well and moving more isn’t a key component of supporting weight loss and maintaining a healthy weight. 🍎🏃‍♀️

But there’s more to it. Nutrient deficiencies are right at the top of the list of things I check for with my clients.


They can affect your metabolism, hormones, energy — and ultimately your ability to have metabolic flexibility (your body’s ability to switch between burning carbs and fat for fuel). 🔥


We don’t just need these nutrients — we need them to be optimal. This is often missed in medical testing, because levels might fall within the "normal range" (based on UK population averages, which are becoming less healthy all the time 😬) — but that doesn't mean they’re optimal for you.


In this quick training, I walk through some of the key nutrient deficiencies I test and monitor for my clients — so we can remove this as a blocker to better health and sustainable weight loss.
